The base price for our displays starts at $125 all inclusive for a single event. However, prices may vary, depending on where the set up is located in the Niagara Region. Please refer to the map below for additional fee areas. Extra names, messages or events on the same set up are an additional $25.

We offer FREE set up in the cities of St. Catharines, Thorold, Niagara Falls, Welland, Niagara-on-the-Lake and Pelham (Area 1).

There is an additional fee of $25 for set ups in Grimsby, Fort Erie, Port Colborne, Wainfleet, Lincoln and West Lincoln (Area 2).

We currently do not serve outside of the Niagara Region.

No, you do not get to keep the signs. We are happy that you enjoyed your greeting. We are a rental service. You understand that each of the items in the display are the property of Niagara Yard Displays and will be picked up at the end of the evening of your event.

We usually install at dawn on the morning of your celebration. Take down time will be after sunset. Occasionally, other arrangements can be made. You can add additional days for $65.

A photo frame is a special sign with a cut-out area that people can pose in for photos. There is an extra $10 charge to add a photo frame to your order.

Due to the metal stakes and sharp edges, we must perform the installation ourselves. This ensures that you receive the best greeting possible that reflect our brand standards. Removals must be handled in the same manner to avoid personal injury or damage to the signs. We thank you for understanding.

No, you do not. You simply place the order with us, pay your invoice and we handle the rest. Placement preferences can be discussed during the ordering process.

When Niagara Yard Displays is setting up your signs, you must provide details to the display position or we will simply use our best judgement.

If we have to return to the property to relocate the signs because your setup instructions were not clear, an additional fee will be charged. If the recipient does not like the surprise and it must be taken down early, no refund is given.

Yes, if we have the availability and the inventory we can do last minute (less than 48 hours notice) orders. We do charge an additional $35 non-refundable fee for this service. Please understand that it takes us many hours to design, create and put together your unique, one of a kind sign. For this reason, we unfortunately, do not take same day orders.

Let’s hope that doesn’t happen. However, if it does, you are responsible for the damages or theft.

You should ensure the space where the signs will be placed is clear and free of debris. Also it is best if the yard has been watered as the ground can be hard making it difficult to install the signs. Soft ground helps us to setup with minimal damage to your grass. If you do not have a sprinkler system, the please use a water hose to soak the area.

If you have a lawn service, please arrange for them to come before or after the display set up time. Mowing, trimming and watering around the display can damage the signs. Please turn off any automatic sprinklers for the duration of the display. Our signs are waterproof, but the pressure from the sprinkler system can damage them. You will be invoiced for any damage to the signs

Please keep animals out of the delivery area during setup and removal times. Please pick up any animal waste in the display area.

If the display is a surprise for someone in the household, you may wish to close the blinds/curtains during the setup time to avoid ruining the surprise. If this display is for another household, someone in that household MUST be aware of the display being setup!
